• Do you supply water and/or power?

Yes, we come to your location fully equipped with power and plenty of water (a whole 6 gallons!)

• My location has limited parking. Is that a problem?
  

Not at all. We can detail your car anywhere. From parking lots to garages, driveways to alleyways - we have you covered!

• Do you have a location I can bring my car to?

Not yet - but we will soon!  Like us on Facebook for updates on our upcoming physical location's opening.

• Can I book same-day appointments?
  

All of our services are by appointment only and require a 24-hour notice in most cases.  In emergencies, please call us for same-day availability.

• Will my vehicle be ready to drive immediately after my detail?

Of course! However carpets and seats may still feel slightly damp.

• How should I prepare my vehicle before my scheduled appointment?

Please remove all valuables, important papers, sunglasses, cell phones, charging cables, car seats, seat covers, etc. We are not liable for missing or damaged personal belongings (our vacuums have been known to suck up some pretty peculiar things!)

• What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all valuable forms of currency including cash, checks, money orders, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX & Discover) and PayPal.

• Do you offer regularly scheduled weekly/monthly washes?

Yes. If you would like to set a regular visit schedule, please contact us.

• How much should I tip?

Between $15 - $30 per vehicle, per technician is fair.  However, a tip is earned, never owed.  Tip what you feel is deserved.

• How do I know if a scratch or chip can be buffed or polished out?

If your fingernail catches, then it's most likely too deep to be removed by our technicians. Body and paint work may be required.

• Will my stains come out of my carpets or fabric seats?

That's not easy to answer until we've tried.  Most stains stand a 50% chance of removal depending on how long they've been sitting untreated.

• My headlights are yellow and/or opaque. Can you clean them?

Your headlights are not ruined! We restore oxidized yellow headlights, taillights and turn signals for just $49.95.  We recommend purchasing a wash or detail with your headlight restoration as the car usually gets quite dirty after we're finished bringing them back to life.

• What products do you use?

All of our chemicals are commercial grade.  Brands we carry onboard include: Armor All®, Glade®, Meguiar's®, Mothers®, Optimum™ Polymer Technologies, PRO® Products & more.

• After my detail, there's fog and haziness on my paint and glass. Is this normal?

Wax can take up to 24-hours until fully cured depending on weather and humidity conditions. This is completely harmless and the haze can be wiped off easily with a clean dry towel.  Our glass cleaner and Rain-X sometimes leave a similar effect.
